The time on your ticket is when you will enter the pumpkin trail. You will want to give yourself time to park or shuttle to the garden, navigate through security, and walk to the starting point of the trail. The entrance of the garden to the start of the experience is about a half mile and will likely take about 10-15 minutes, depending on your walking speed.
You are welcome to arrive as early as the first ticket time to enjoy drinks and food in Sakura Meadow before beginning your Magic of the Jack journey. There will be three to five food and snack vendors located in that area, along with a bar providing alcoholic beverages.
